Our Superyacht has arrived
"The Boardroom"

Good morning everyone,
Great news with the interest rate drop, and more to come quickly according to this morning's headlines.
More great news on our Superyacht "The Boardroom"... she is an absolute glamour with 4 double cabins all ensuited and full airconditioned.
Before we proceed, I want to make absolutely sure that this is what everyone would like to share. To confirm the decision we have designed a questionnaire for you to complete, so we have a better idea on the direction to follow.
There are only 12 questions to answer, there is no right or wrong answer, when answered, you will go into a draw, the winner will be announced on the 31st October 2008.
For your efforts Annette and I are offering our holiday shack for 2 guests to stay 2 nights at Couran Cove Island Resort. Click "Win 2 NIGHTS Couran Cove Island Resort" Logo below for details, complete and submit to be in the draw.
Please share this information with your friends and relatives as they also may wish to enter as well.
Thankyou in advance for your interest.

Superyacht Syndication
“Firstly, I want to thank all those members who have indicated their expressions of interest in our very special super yacht opportunity-- The response was overwhelming so now we are proceeding to make the offer to you formal.
Our legal advisers tell us we need to give you the offer in the form of a product Disclosure Statement and that the offer would need to be made as a managed investment scheme registered with the ASIC. So that’s what we are going to do.
In the not too distant future we will come back to you with a registered scheme and a formal offer via a PDS. The PDS will summarize all of the costs and benefits of ownership. And we intend to use the registered scheme make additional offers on other yachts in the future.
Your expressions of interest have been recorded and those who have indicated an interest will be given first right of refusal. It’s not too late to register your interest to receive a PDS for the holiday of a lifetime.
So let me know if you want to receive the PDS and be one of the first in Australia to have access to a floating luxury holiday including owning the yacht”.
HEADLINES June 2008
All Aboard "The Boardroom"
$15,000 per couple, share in Superyacht
+
$1,000 for a week to cover all your Food, Open Bar and Crew
All aboard The Boardroom,
The response has been absolutely fabulous, some members are syndicating with friends to join, so they can all share the experience together.
This is certainly getting out of control!
To answer your questions for the Superyacht, I confirm that a one off payment of $15,000 per couple only ... NOT per year, will cover the purchase of the Superyacht and also included within the budget, sufficient funds ($1ml) to cover all the maintenance and fuel for a period 5+ years approx. After or before this period has lapsed we either sell off the Superyacht to recoup a large portion of our money back or we can continue to reposition the Superyacht into other exotic locations.
Under consideration, however open to suggestions, I thought it would be best to position the Superyacht here on the Gold Coast for the 1st year so we can all be accustomed to her. I have prepared a very exciting itinerary which I will discuss in more detail later.
Repositioning
1st Year Gold Coast/Brisbane
2nd Year Whitsunday's
3rd Year Sydney Harbour/Hawkesbury River
4th Year Asia ???
5th Year Mediterranean???
6th Year Caribbean???
Please note, this is a non-profit sharing exercise, as every dollar spent will be clearly documented. We all will have an equal portion of ownership and the opportunity to consider resale after a period of time.
In addition to this you will be required to contribute $1,000 per couple for a week to cover all your food that you consume, open bar and crew.
Those members who expressed interest on "The Boardroom" need not reply as I will go into more detail very soon when I ring you. I am just putting some finishing touches to the proposal.
Those members who are considering this great opportunity then, please email me your interest ASAP.
Please forward this information to all your friends as they also may wish to participate in this wonderful adventure that we all usually dream about.
Chat soon.
The ADMIRAL
$15,000 per couple

Ahoy there me hardies ...this is your captain speaking!!!!
I always wanted to say that ... Ha-ha-ha!!!!
Thankyou for your email questions on the Superyacht, the level of interest has been astounding.
All the information created for the budgets and costings have been provided by one of our members, Rob Mason who holds his Australian and British Ocean and Off shore Masters & Marine Engineers certificate. Plain English, he drives and operates these babies.
Yes, we can seriously syndicate a superyacht factoring in all the repairs & maintenance, insurances, running cost including fuel, etc. for $15,000 per couple, depending on the level of interest. This will also cover the acquisition of the right Superyacht.
The only ongoing costs will be $1,000 per couple for a week to cover all your food and open bar and crew.
Now I have certainly got your interest!
Please email any questions and a suitable time for me to contact you to discuss all the finer details privately.
Enjoy your long weekend as I know I will be celebrating my 55th year birthday on Monday 9th, glad we have an extra day to recuperate.
Have a good one and look forward to chat to you soon.
"The ADMIRAL" ... Ha-ha-ha!!!!!

"The Boardroom"
76' Horizon skylounge Elegance
Good morning everyone,
Can you imagine exploring a tropical Island, swimming in crystal blue warm waters around the coral reefs, exhausted after a full day of activities you return to your own Superyacht for a sumptuous dinner prepared by your own private chef, then retiring to the outside deck with a glass of champagne pondering over tomorrow's adventure as you gaze into the starry night while your Captain is preparing for your next rendezvous.
Perhaps that seems like an impossible dream? ... Boat syndication is surprisingly affordable - you can experience it too!
Over the past 2 years I have been researching many options into syndication, On-Site Management, Corporate One the private airline (now registered) and Le Levant the 330' Superyacht. Perhaps sounding a little far fetched, however as we grow in membership per year our opportunities expand as well. I have prepared preliminary budgets and forecasts with surprising results for a smaller goal, 'The Boardroom' a 76' Horizon Superyacht.
Unlike membership or timeshare operations you always have the security of owning the asset, which belongs to you and not to a faceless management company or club.
-
Syndication makes complete financial sense and is the most affordable option on the market.
-
Syndication is extremely convenient, its a hassle free walk on/walk off service.
-
Syndication is simple, safe and an enjoyable experience.
Last week Annette and I had the opportunity to meet with the CEO of Horizon Yachts, Mr. John Lu at a Cocktail party launch for the new 97' during the International Boat Show at Sanctuary Cove last week. He explained to me that he can design a 76' Superyacht to include 4 Master Cabins with their own private ensuites, including Crew Quarters within 12 months. We also discussed briefly a buy-back arrangement after a period of time.
Interested!!!!! ... You will be surprised how affordable it is ... Please email me your interest and I will go into more detail with you.
Have a great day!
