246th MONTHLY EDITION - August 2026

UPDATE | VOYAGER I — PUBLIC TENDER NOW CLOSED

A major milestone has been reached.

After months of preparation, the VOYAGER I Public Tender has now officially closed.

We would like to sincerely thank every shipyard and organisation that participated and invested their time, expertise and resources into reviewing what is an ambitious and very different maritime project.

Your submissions have now been received and passed to our department for detailed evaluation.

Over the coming period, participating shipyards will be contacted directly regarding the next stage of the process.

What happens next?

The focus now moves from “who can build it?” to “who is the right partner to build it with us?”

Our assessment will consider far more than price alone, including:

  •  Shipyard capability & experience
  •  Technical expertise & engineering capacity
  •  Rebuild & conversion capability
  •  International regulatory and classification experience
  •  Quality and workmanship
  •  Service, communication & long-term partnership
  •  The ability to deliver the unique VOYAGER I vision

This is not simply a conventional ship refurbishment.

We are creating a new lifestyle platform at sea, bringing together international cruising, long-term residency, wellness, education, entertainment, culinary experiences and extraordinary destinations under one hull.

The next stage will be equally exciting as we work through the submissions and identify the shipyards capable of turning this vision into reality.
The tender may be closed... but the journey is only beginning.

Thank you once again to everyone who participated.

VOYAGER I - Dreaming of Dry Dock

EVERY GREAT TRANSFORMATION BEGINS WITH A VISION

Today, VOYAGER I stands on the threshold of her next chapter, a journey toward dry dock where engineering, craftsmanship, and innovation will bring new life to an extraordinary vessel.

This is far more than a refit. It represents the creation of a new generation of cruising, in which permanent residency, luxury travel, wellness, education, entertainment, and sustainable operations come together aboard a single remarkable ship.

As we progress through the international tender process, we are engaging with some of the world's leading shipyards and marine specialists who share our commitment to excellence. Each milestone brings us one step closer to transforming a dream into reality.

The image symbolises more than a ship entering dry dock. It represents determination, resilience, collaboration, and the belief that ambitious projects become achievable when supported by the right people, expertise, and vision.

To everyone who has followed, encouraged, and contributed to this journey, thank you. Your confidence continues to inspire us.

The voyage is only just beginning.

VOYAGER I is dreaming of dry dock... and soon that dream will become reality.
